I don't think he was ever asked to talk to anyone about what he was doing. Judge should be held labial for the ATF actions here. You judge are responsible for allowing this murder to take place. By all accounts he didn't know he was doing anything wrong! Why didn't someone tell him?? Sue him, give him a ticket? Arrest him via a traffic stop? Give him a chance to defend himself? The ATF didn’t give him his presumption of innocence here, civil rights? What’s that? Someone needs to stop the ATF and send them back to their original job, take away their guns, congress didn’t i.e. ( WE THE PEOPLE didn’t give them the right to do this.) This is NOT the way Americans are to be treated in AMERICA. And now they find this murder was legal...
